We have experience working with a wide range of business including construction trades, self-employed businesses, and retail stores.

How can I schedule an appointment?
You can schedule an appointment by contacting us through our website or giving us a call.

Do you offer virtual or in-person consultations?

We offer both virtual and in-person consultations to accommodate our clients' needs.  We use Zoom or Teams for our calls or we can meet with you if you are in the Cape Coral/Ft Myers/Punta Gorda local area.

What do I need to do to get started?

After we meet to discuss your needs, we will set up your account in Quickbooks or receive access from you in QuickBooks as your new accountant.  We will need bank and credit card statements to get started.  All accounts are reconciled monthly.
All clients execute a confidentiality agreement.

How much do you charge?

We have a set per transaction fee of $.75.  If you count the items on your bank and credit card statements and multiply by $.75, this is our monthly bookkeeping fee.  In office work, if needed, is charged at $30 per hour.  Your fee may fluctuate based on your transaction volume.
